We are searching for a Client Care Specialist to join our team in our Scottsdale-based studio. We are a busy team, with projects of all sizes happening all over the valley. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working on multiple projects, staying busy, and traveling for meetings and installations. They will need to be detail-oriented, organized, proficient in completing tasks, and have some experience working with homeowners.

Good Client Care Specialists are the key to a great client experience. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, taking measurements and recording notes, scheduling next-step appointments, recommending window covering solutions that meet the client’s functional and aesthetic needs and preparing quotes. The right candidate has an eye for detail and pride in accurate work.   • Schedule in-home consultations with sample books
  • Source materials and products that protect and add beauty
  • Generate estimates for clients electronically
  • Collaborate with others to establish timelines and solve problems
  • Ability to analyze data and situations and produce creative solutions
Requirements & Skills:
  • Associate degree in interior design or equivalent experience in window covering sales or installation
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems
  • Proficient in customer relations management software (Hunter Douglas software, a plus)
  • Proficient in PC and MS Office products (Teams experience a plus)
  • Clean driving record and ability/willingness to drive to appointments
