We are searching for an experienced Client Solutions Specialist to join our fast-growing window covering business in our Scottsdale based showroom. Our ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with clients, working on multiple projects, at a fast pace, and traveling for meetings and installations. They will need to be detail-oriented, organized, proficient in completing tasks, and have experience in selling or installing window coverings.

Good Client Solutions Specialists prefer to work independently and create and follow processes for a streamlined approach where accuracy is critical. They will also be effective communicators with the ability to listen to the individual needs of each client and then educate them to understand the best solutions. They are self-directed and proactive in establishing new sales generating relationships. Our showroom is located inside the beautifully newly renovated studio of ModaScapes Interior Design. Founder, Adrienne Hart started SWF to provide a better business model then the competition’s model of “Quote and close now.” Taking time to research and listen to every aspect of the window covering need and then educating the client on the best solution is far more valuable than having the lowest price. Meet with new clients and outline window covering needs

Conceptualize and sketch custom window coverings

Provide complete and accurate bids to clients

Communicate timelines form order to installation with clients

Source fabrics and hardware for custom window coverings

Utilize computer applications to create bids

Travel to and  inspect all products after installation to determine whether client goals have been met

Assist with the library and vendor update

Attend Hunter Douglas trainings

Generate new business by capitalizing on existing relationships and creating new ones

Requirements & Skills:
1-7 years minimum in window covering sales or installation

Experience in selecting and specifying

Creative and resourceful, especially when it comes to problem solving

Self-motivated and goal oriented

Excellent communication skills

Proactive to follow tasks through to completion

Proficient in PC and MS Office products (Teams experience a plus)

Experience in The Link (by Hunter Douglas) a huge plus

Clean driving record and ability/willingness to drive to appointments
